I think this quote means that at times in life we all have to step up. Most people when they see something bad happen they rather be quiet and do nothing . I mean yeah it’s somewhat true. Some people like me sometimes like getting involved and speaking up, but then we rather not get involved because then we get into the situation also. It’s just people don’t understand to be a good person and be caring. Rather than not saying nothing at all , we should learn to speak up
