Thanksgiving Week

At my Dad’s House we played Football and Basketball. Only I spent my whole day with my stepmom-.-, dad, little sister and brother. I mean it wasn’t that fun only playing the sports was the best part. After that I don’t know it was kinda boring. I didn’t get to see the new movie CREED:((. I  wanted to go watch it but whatever… Anyway through this week I saw UCLA V.S USC!! USC of course won and kicked UCLA’S ASSES! And then I saw Barcelona V.S Real Madrid with my grandpa and dad,honestly I’m happy that I spent time with them. Thanksgiving SUCKED!:0 but the week didn’t I went to K1 Speed with my Dad and little sister. Throughout the whole week we ate the leftovers. Most of the week we also watched movies like San Andreas, Jurassic World,21 & 22 Jump Street, Project X , Spongebob Movie, Home ,and Fast 7. In the End I ended up being sick right when I wentback to school. -.- FML

Thanksgiving  

Thanksgiving Day is a national holiday celebrated in Canada and the United States as a day of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest. Pilgrims celebrated days of thanksgiving as part of their religion.  Also,  it was not until the 1860's that Abraham Lincoln declared the last Thursday of November to be a national holiday. I have been noticing that Pumpkin Pie is very popular in Thanksgiving. My family does it more different in thanksgiving, we make tamales, turkey , mash potatoes it’s still good though!!! :)) Most families do turkeys, mash potatoes, all that stuff mostly.All that American stuff🇺🇸

This quote is saying no matter what just have fun, and play right. If some 2 little kids are playing hide & seek, one of them might cheat at the game. Honestly, that would be cheating at that game ;) when i was a kid. It's just saying telling the truth,being fair is way better then winning or losing in the game. I think this quote is very meaningful,because people mostly go for the whole winning thing. I'm one of those people that get really pissed off when they lose. Also then i figured out i can't keep on getting pissed when i lose or when you lose you can't get pissed right? It is what is. Whatever goes,goes. The point is you had fun in the game and played it right,fair,and honorable. Kinda like when someone loses a fight, they won fair and square.

Reflection: I think honestly that oncologist is a very awesome job to do. I would be one when I grow

Honestly, this quote means to have courage in your life,but for good things. Example: If someone offers you a weed you MUST SAY NO. or any type of drugs. Don't do things you know is bad just stay true to yourself. You might make the best decision to not do it and you might stand alone while doing it, but it's the best feeling in the end. People might do the worst thing and end up regretting that shit at the end of the day. Don't ever be afraid to speak up. Mostly the people who did the bad decision will regret what they did,and realize it.When they had the chance to say no to it.

Reflection:  Honestly, I think a  baseball player is awesome job. In my opinion I wouldn’t wanna be a baseball player. I love playing it and watching  it. Baseball ain’t all about winning and losing it’s about having fun also! I love the dodger team even if they lose.

What’s Veterans Day?

A public holiday held on the anniversary of the end of World War I (November 11) to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. It replaced Armistice Day in 1954.

 honoring people who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, also known as veterans.

¨    Why is it important to show honor on Veteran’s Day?

It’s important because we must show respect for those people who have sacrificed everything in the army for us/country.

1.      Attend a Veteran’s Day event.

2.     Ask a Veteran about their time in the military, and really listen to the answer.

3.     Hang a flag in your yard.

4. Ask an aging Veteran to share with you the song that most takes them

 back.

5.     Visit the gravesite of a Veteran.

6.     Visit a homebound Veteran in their home, talk with them, and thank them for their service.

7.     Visit a homeless Veteran under a bridge, and do the same.

I think Veteran’s Day is a very special day honoring the people who sacrificed everything for us in the military. Honestly I would either wanna be in the Air Force or Navy when I grow up. It’s a hard job to do,but it’s wonderful doing something for your country. At the same time I feel sad for any military family  that has lost a loved one. I have great respect for the military. To any person that has the balls! To go fight for their country I give them R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

This quote is saying that if you hang out with the popular people and do bad things are you gonna end up with a good life? I mean yeah of course a lot of people like hanging out with the popular people. It just depends on you either hang out with positive people that won't bring you down or people that encourage you to do bad things?? Mostly your choice. I'd rather be that kid that gets good grades, best attitude or whatever i know i'm not that kid, but i can be that if i just determine to do it,and you can too. For example, if you do drugs, whatever you do like honestly is worth it? I think somethings are worth it in life, then i just don't. Somethings are valuable to your life you just have to find it.No matter what always think with your brain, on what your gonna do. Honestly, just do what you gotta do to succeed. Example what Einstein says "If you want a happy life tie it to a goal not people or things"

This quote is saying that the best thing you can do in life is doing good and giving your best in life. I mean we may make big mistakes or regrets whatever it may be, but at ways it's better doing the best in life or event trying your best in life is fine. In your life there is always that one problem either you choose doing the bad thing or good thing. You know that saying "Think before you act"or "Actions speak louder than words" kinda like that you may say.I'm saying that if you choose the bad action or good action trust me the action you pick will say a lot about how you think. Always pick the right thing to do honestly.William is trying to say do your best and do good and that can only be your greatest accomplishment, at least you tried right? Try to be a good person always intend to do so. When you get that chance to be a good person always take that chance.

This quote means that doing the right thing is always right. Doing the wrong thing is always wrong. Kinda doesn't make sense right?? I mean people like sometimes doing the wrong things instead of the right things. Let's say some bad situation comes up.. your the only one that thinks it's wrong right? Even if your standing alone it mostly matters if your doing the right thing. Technically saying who the hell cares if your a dork! following the rules, it's on you either you do the right thing or bad thing. The point is the person that ends up proud at the end of the day is you, doing the right thing. I know it may be hard at sometimes to a point in life your gonna find out what was better deciding too do...the good or bad deed.Don't worry about being popular or whatever just do what you gotta do.
